We are experiencing issues with students creating their Parchment accounts. We are working with Parchment and FCPS to resolve this problem. If you set up an account and you do not receive an email to verify your account, please be patient and try again after 24 hrs. You can also call Guidance at 859-381-3554 to check the status of this issue, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
Also, final transcripts with Spring 2023 grades and graduation information will not be available until mid June, once the district processes final transcripts. If you need a final transcript sent to your college, you must request it and put on "Hold for Grades." Once they are ready, we will release them per your order.

Alumni Transcript Fee for paper copies picked up at Dunbar are $3 each. Electronic, official Parchment orders are approximately $5 after their transaction fee.
Current Student Transcripts (Electronic) FREE
Transcripts can be sent electronically to Colleges/Institutions or can be prepared locally to send to local businesses/employers or to pick up.
All transcripts may be ordered through Parchment.com but anyone graduating after 2009 may get a paper/hard copy transcript sent.
