New Vista Virtual Wellness Groups

New Vista is now offering free virtual wellness groups Monday through Thursday at 5:00 p.m. We know that COVID-19 has created high levels of stress, anxiety, isolation and loss. Wellness groups are an easy way to boost mental health and get some extra support during these difficult times. Sessions are offered via Zoom and video participation is optional. Anyone can join in and simply listen.
