Ainjini Patra - Youth Leader and Advocate!

We are proud to share that Ainjini Patra has been selected to participate in three statewide conferences, where she will represent Paul Laurence Dunbar High School as a youth leader and advocate.

Ainjini has been selected for the following opportunities:

- Kentucky NextGen Cancer Summit: AI, Innovation, and Discovery

Selected as a member of the 2025 Summer Health Experience in Oncology cohort

- 2026 Kentucky Youth Tobacco Control Conference – “Beyond the Smoke”

Selected as a CDC–KY Prevent Alliance EMPOWER Youth Champion

- 2026 Kentucky Advocacy Day

Through these events, Ainjini will join youth and adult advisors from across Kentucky to learn, collaborate, and advocate for a healthier, tobacco- and nicotine-free future for our communities.
